By accessing or using OptionGangster ("the Service"), operated by Gurho Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OptionGangster is a private, invitation-only options-trading research and analytics platform. The Service provides market data visualization, trade ideas, alerts, and analytical tools. Access is restricted to authorized users only.

3. Eligibility & Access

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Access is granted at our sole discretion to pre-approved Google accounts.
• We may revoke access at any time without notice.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All information, trade ideas, signals, analytics, and alerts are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. • You shall not share your account or access credentials with unauthorized persons.
• You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute data from the Service.

All content, algorithms, analytics, code, and design elements of the Service are the exclusive property of Gurho Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Alerts & Notifications

By opting into SMS, WhatsApp, or other alert channels, you consent to receive automated messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. You can disable alerts at any time through the app settings. Alert delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier or third-party service delays.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
